Don't worry about sending mine out, after dealing with some shocking massdrop support, I ended up having to call my bank to cancel the charge. As for I&S, I left a post on your facebook that was ignored like all of my posts on here asking for updates. I found I&S and Massdrop to be exceptionally rude. Anybody who wants to follow down my avenue, look up disputing a transaction at your bank. Both have now lost what would have been a returning customer, which is ironic, because if I had have been provided decent support, in all likelihood I would have ended up spending my returned money here anyway. At least I won't feel so bad if I decide to make headphone stands and sell them myself.
