@InkedandScreened-Support my rest was supposedly delivered on November 4th, however there is no sign of the package. This is for order number MD-25009-1250331, USPS tracking number 9405510200864190777991. My building has a package room so I can guarantee that the package was not actually delivered to my address. I submitted a help ticket a week ago and still have not heard back.

jsachsHi, unfortunately you are going to have to work with massdrop on this one since it says delivered they will have to file a claim with the courier because they sent us the shipping labels. they should then resubmit the order to us with a new shipping label.
