So, I flashed this guy with Ymd75 Rev 2 and I'm having some issues with it. For some reason, post update, i'm getting some hanging on the "a" and "r" key, they randomly on press decide to hold down the key. Also, noticed that the board only has a 6 key rollover? Anyone got any ideas?

Just a quick note, the "A" key is missing the left hole for PCB mount keycaps. You'll have to cut one of the plastic pins off your caps for that one. You can see it in the photos, so it's not just my board.

I just got mine. Does anyone know if I can use the Redsuns Samurai 1800 keycap set with this? They don't have a 75% kit available.

I got this in last week or so, I just finished up soldering the switches in, but I cannot figure out how to get into dfu mode, I tried common key combinations like fn + esc (both while powered and while plugging in). Esc, space, space + b while plugging in. Anyone know how to get into dfu mode for this board. Edit: My board ended up being to hold left control while plugging in the board.

I'm fairly new to the Keyboard community, and I was wondering if this kit requires soldering?

GummyHammyYes, but this should take 30-60 mins if you have a decent solder station with temp control. I set mine to 680 degrees with 60/40 solder, and it goes fast. Watch some videos if you haven't done it before, and buy some stuff to practice on. It's not difficult unless you are doing surface mount, which the keycaps are not.

technzoYou need a full kit to accommodate the 1.75u shift key, unless the happy balls kit you purchased comes with it already.

I wonder how this stacks up against a KBD75V2 with brass plate? Would the PCBs be similar?

hdsharpe1This PCB has identical mounting points to the KBD75 Rev 2 PCB.
