You need a full kit to accommodate the 1.75u shift key, unless the happy balls kit you purchased comes with it already.

I am somewhat confused. Does the case come with a plate? Is the PCB shown in the images included?

It uses an integrated plate, meaning the top piece and plate is one whole piece.

yea all you need is switches and keycaps. The plate is built in with the top part of the case and the pcb is included but you need to solder switches so it's not a hotswap pcb

The PCB does have ISO support, it would just be a matter of finding a case for the PCB. Though at that point you can find the YMD75 kit which does have an ISO layout plate and pretty much the same PCB.
