Support for Alternative Layouts
This is a summary of how alternative layouts have been supported by kits such as Colevrak and Homing. It is not a discussion of alt layout performance and development, but if that interests you I highly recommend starting with Pascal Getreuer’s A guide to alt keyboard layouts (why, how, which one?). It’s a concise and comprehensive overview with links to some great sites that go deeper. He also has a separate Links about keyboards page. In the OLD days YES, MD would ship it to your front door for far less but those days are long gone. Any way this keyboard is superb, solid and heavy, well worth the money for what you're getting.
Only other full size aluminium keyboard available is an LZ model, which retails for around $800+USD which includes shipping.

Give them a call for switch/colour availability. IIRC they have Brown, Red and Blue Cherry switches in both Black and Silver aluminum cases.
