My V.1 crashed a lot. I wish I could update the firmware, but IKBC posts dead inks to Box. IKBC is the hobby division of Vortex. So it would seem they are on vacation. BTW, "Individual key programming" Means LED, not keycode. This has been mentioned before, but not ever changed in D's (Formerly MD's) description.
MagicSmokeWait, so you can't change the keymapping? I was assuming it's like the Vortex boards which remap the keys.

woleizihan[key remapping] Unless they have changed the firmware in the V.3 keyboard, No. The product description on the IKBC site makes no mention of key remapping. The V.2 instructions are all about RGB and the countdown timer; which I guess is to keep one from ... playing Fortnite? too long.
MagicSmokeThanks for the clarification. It’s really confusing for massdrop to say “individual key programming”...... I actually only buy programmable boards (especially at this price point) so I guess it’s best for me to cancel the order. Sad

woleizihanHave you taken a look at the Corsair keyboards? I have a K95 RGB and it absolutely the best keyboard I have ever owned. FYI, all the keys can be individually programmed for different colors. I have been thinking about the K95 platinum but not sure I want to loose all the programmable macro keys (that I don't actually use...LOL).
Madmaxneooh god.... no. please. no. im not a mkb snob (currently rocking a custom built asus strafe with custom stabilizers, hako true box switches, and hot swap sockets) but corsair keyboards are some of the worst on the market... even for "gaming" keyboards. if you ever take one apart and compare it to almost any other mechanical keyboard out there, youll quickly see exactly what im talking about... crap soldering (which is why they have such a high failure rate), terrible stabilizers that barely attach, the thinnest of thin plastics holding it all together. just bad. if you want some customization, and arent really keen on spending that much, look at durgod (they pop up on drop from time to time as well). the build quality is astronomically better.

mdotI have had this one for maybe two or possibly three years now and I love it! It works great and the RGB on the keys is awesome! I game all the time on it and have no issues with it. Except maybe cleaning it, that can be a pain. I will have to check out the others you mention though. I am not really that keen on spending as much as I used to be. I actually got this keyboard from their resale bin for a little less than $100. Right now I am trying to save money for a new machine as I am still gaming on my old Rampage IV black ed MB with a 4930k. It is hard to find a comparable modern MB that is as capable as this MB at a cheaper price...lol. EDIT: The two RGB keyboards they have on the Durgod website don't have any programmable g keys like my K95 does. I don't use all of them but I do use some of them on a daily basis.
(Edited)
Madmaxneonot sure where you are looking.... durgod has a software controller (much like corsair) called zeus engine, under drivers on their site. unless theyve changed it recently... it has macro support, rgb support, etc.
mdotI have a k310 and even though you can set macros, I can’t figure our how to remap the keys. However, they have some new boards which use the new Hera compiler and those support full key programming I think.

mdotI don't see any "G" keys. These are keys that normally don't have a function on the keyboard and are ready for macros, they are labeled G1 through G18. I have 18 "G" keys on the left side of my keyboard along with 3 different profiles. In essence I can program 54 different macros into those keys.... The K95 Platinum version of this keyboard only has 6 "G" keys.
