Would there be noticeable input lag on 2.4 GHz wireless? I know there are lag free wireless mice, but not sure if that technology can/has been applied to keyboards.

okayI don't think it will. I have 2 Logitech mice, G305 and G603, and to me it is the same as wired. I think the lag is noticeable on bluetooth connections but a regular person won't notice few ms lag of a 2.4GHz connection. I have a Logitech G513 keyboard but I ordered this because I want TKL wireless, and the just announced G915 TKL will be just so damn expensive.

There's a Fn key in place of the menu key. Is there a setting to have it act like the menu key instead? Is there some alternative way of sending a genuine menu key signal (not talking about shift+F10)?

gmB2k1No. This keyboard is not configurable despite carrying a FN key. According to the manual (https://www.ikbckeyboard.com/downloads) this key is used only for the keys between F5 and F12 for the media keys. You'll have to use a software remapper if you wish to alter the FN key function.

Ov3rNu11Unfortunately not. You'd have to source your own direct keycaps if you want that.

Are replacement keycaps included allowing you to swap the "WIN" key? If not, can you get them somewhere individually so you don't need to get an entire keycap set?

Does it have backlight? What settings, only on/off?
Xjk1Looks like it does not have backlight.
Any security on this?
The Logitech unifying receiver was exploited back in 2016 out to a range of 100 meters.

ilovemacandcheeseIf you mean the MouseJack exploit, it required you to first be within range of the transmitter (10 meters) in order to scan for data packets and obtain the radio band address. Only then were you able to read or send your own packets, from a distance up to those claimed 100 meters. I'm not trying to claim these are secured devices if they don't use encryption. But the limitations of RF devices are unavoidable and even hackers have to obey physics.

I take it these are OEM keycaps? Still learning these and don't quite trust my eyes.

rhpittman314Yes, these are OEM. The closest ones are Tai Hao and Alps and you can always distinguish them by looking at the function row. Here's a good picture that will help: https://i.imgur.com/kFxqOm8.jpg

29 sold and already no reds available. Must be some real limited quantities.
CyphreUnfortunately yes, only about 10 I believe. Red and browns seem to be the most popular and go by fast. Quantities are based on what IKBC has on stock so we can provide the fastest turnaround time.

SpencerLWill there be any more MX Browns in the future or just had a few overstock to get rid of?

How hard is it to change the switches ourselves at home? Would it just require a soldering iron?

chexxorLikely it would just require a soldering iron and a desoldering pump or some other way to desolder. I don't know if the pcb is good quality , but that may affect how it desolders.
chexxorWould have to desolder and solder new switches.
