Was amazing, until it wasn't.
I work stocking shelves at a retailer and get to listen to music for a few hours before we open. So I used these every day for a couple months while working and moving around. So I don't know if I broke the cable, or broke a pin in the connection, but one day it started cutting out, then soon after stopped working. The cable is proprietary, so a replacement isn't very easy to come by. The build seems good, I think this is meant for laptop use where it doesnt get jostled around as much. It is what it is.

Good for the price
Great for portability but not great with sensitive iem’s. The lack of bass control is off putting- but the sound stage is an improvement over the apple dongle. I could not answer a call with it connected but will try to figure it out. I used it with my Campfire Audio Dorado and found the bass hump to much. I still need to use it with my other headphones. I think for the price- it’s pretty good buy.

Just What I Wanted
I am no audiophile but the IKKO Zelda ITM01 DAC/amp is great. I bought both version. I know some people complained that you couldn’t buy the extra cord but I thought the price was very fair so I bought both. I bought my headphones from Drop and they are a perfect match with the ITM01. I used this on my new iPad Pro 12.9. Music and movies sound was the best I have ever listen to. I could have spent more money on a system but I don’t think my ears would be able to hear the difference. Great buy! Thanks Drop.

Overpriced
Between the 3 different modes, the only one really worth using is the music one, as it's the most balanced. In game mode, everything is quieter and has a vague muffled feeling. In movie mode, everything is louder and there's a rather significant bass boost. As for music mode, balance and volume are passable. I also had a weird issue where it would disconnect from my computer when changing to game mode, not not to the other two. In-line controls had some issues for me. When repeatedly pressing the volume controls to make it substantially louder or quieter it registered about half of my inputs on average. At one point when I tried to skip a track, it broke Tidal so hard I had to restart my computer. Also for some reason, you hold + to go back a track and - to skip tracks? I have no idea if this is just my unit since the manual says nothing about that functionality, but that just feels wrong to me. But the real test, is it better than the Apple dongle? If it isn't I don't really see a reason to buy this. First of all, it's noticeably quieter than the dongle, but not by too much. When it's connected to my PC comfortable volume for me is around 40 with my Focal Elex, but I can easily max it out with my 250 Ohm DT 770 Pro. As for sound quality, there isn't a noticeable improvement for me over the dongle, which is a problem. There's an argument to be made for using the same product between both your computer and your phone, but I don't think it outweighs the fact that a USB-C Apple dongle for your PC and a lightning (for me) dongle for my phone combined is still less than half of what I paid for this. It's bulkier, so it's harder to comfortably fit in a pocket alongside your phone. The connector, as other people said, feels like it's not going to last very long, and the USB-A one on my unit will only go in one way. The only real advantage this could've had over the dongle was power for harder-to-drive headphones, but as I said it's even quieter than the dongle, so that's not a consideration. Overall, if you're looking for something entry-level to use with your phone and/or PC, I'd strongly recommend picking up a pair of Apple dongles over this. It's a cool concept, but it just doesn't deliver a compelling option over the competition. But if whatever computer you're using doesn't have a USB-C port, dongle and adapter is still better and cheaper, if a bit jankier. TL:DR, Just buy an Apple dongle. Equal performance, way cheaper. EDIT: I initially forgot to check if it's compatible with 4-pull 3.5mm, i.e. in-line microphones, and yes it is. If you're using something like IEMs with a mic such as the Moondrop Chu you don't need to worry about compatibility. EDIT 2: After less than 4 days it has completely stopped working with my iPhone. DO NOT BUY

Good device
The connectors on the cable port going into the device are magnetised. It boosts headphones well. I used them with my sivga sv021 and my phone and it gave them that little extra boost that made a difference. The first two listening modes are good and the third didn't work for music, maybe with speech it would be more suited. Very small. Very easy to carry on your person. Looks great. Nice buttons. Comes with extra USB 2.0/3.0 male B cable that has the ending of your choice.

this sounds good and is a cool concept
It has good audio, good amplification and excellent ability to seemlesslyngo back and forth from phone to computer. Today, after enjoying this swappable system, I plug into work computer with supplied USB longer cable and then to my phone with shorter usb-c. The longer connector broke today, the magnetic metal piece came out. The unit itself still works great and sounds good, but the metal piece after it came out completely crumbled, it scares me about the rest of the quality

Pretty damn good, but…
I got for music on my iPhone. Don’t like* the LED, not into gaming, and wouldn’t use for film. Most frustrating was confusion in presentation re adapter plug. Seemed it came with both C-type and lightning. I did purchase an upgraded cable package for manufacturer tho. I like them for *listening myself to sleep.

Versatile headphone dac/amp with decent output
This came with a USB and lightning connector ala mag-safe which is cool. I use this with my phone for running with wired IEMs. I also use it with my PC and over ears headphones and that is convenient. These seem to produce better audio than my FiiO dac.

Sounds great with Iems
Sounds amazing with iems the presets all sound good and even works with a PlayStation 4 (must be in purple mode to work with ps4) however my unit stopped working after a few weeks the magnetic cable was more annoying than useful as it would always cause noise unless you hold it in place
