That one came with a shorter stainless steel travel handle.
I liked the short stainless handle on the smaller razor so much that I bought the big stainless Ikon handle that comes with this razor. I'm using it with a Gillette triangle Tech head.
Well, I think the Tech head is a bit too light for this handle, because the balance feels off. I'm sure the stainless head on this OSS razor is balanced just right, as it's designed as a dedicated pair.
I actually like the finish on the smaller travel razor handle better. The finish on the diamond textured grip is a notch better than on this handle. And the stainless stock seems to be of higher quality on the smaller travel handle.
I also like the way the smaller handles better. It smaller and weighty, so reminds me of driving a responsive sports car. The bigger handle reminds me of driving a quality sedan - bigger and slower feeling, but still nice. I also found the larger metal handles on Edwin Jagger razors to handle in a similar way, maybe like driving a Camry. But that's a personal preference.
I'm curious as to the head of this razor compared to the other aluminum one, though.
