Ash, if you could look into the matter it would be very appreciated by all 84 of us. I've always gotten good service from this website, but this is bordering on unacceptable. I'd honestly think twice about purchasing anything more from here if this is going to be the modus operandi going forward.

Hi Jason,
I have looked into the matter. We received these packages in loose packs. They did not come preassembled. This means that our warehouse has to manually pack and assemble them, as well as order boxes for them. This is why there's been a delay. We should definitely be sending these out by tomorrow.
