Ash and Mark, thank you for the update. I was talking to Joseph from Italian Barber about this, and he told me that it's completely normal for iKon to ship bulk razors in this manner, and that they will have been very well protected in special shipping trays. I grabbed an OSS and a Feather AS-D2 from previous drops and they arrived in perfect condition, so I have some faith that this one will go off without any further hitches. It was mainly the lack of communication rather than the delay that was most worrisome for me. It is a bit odd that the warehouse didn't know how to deal with the bulk shipment, since I assume the OSS shipment had arrived in the same fashion.

JasonThe last Ikon shipment arrived in a similar fashion. Keep in mind, that was months ago and we run through a lot of products, so it isn't top-of-mind. Also warehouse staff have a reasonable amount of turnover and they process tens of thousands of packages per month, so remembering how "Ikon razors" are handled isn't the highest priority for them.
The delay/communication comes from the fact that we thought it would only be a day or so, and that turned into two days, and then three, etc. But as I mentioned before, yes we definitely accept full responsibility for slow communication which would have alleviated a lot of peoples concerns. We'll do our best to be more on top of the communications in the future.
