Got mine today. It wasn't as bad as Jason's - closer to RonnieAloha's. The cardboard interior of the box was torn to pieces, and there was a ding on the bottom of the handle, next to the iKon logo. No dings to the rest of the handle or the plates, as far as I can tell. The metal needs polishing - not sure how that happened, since I'm sure iKon sends them out shiny.
