I think I was one of the lucky one, I have just picked up my iKon at the post office. It was inside a Massdrop box, with cushion, and well closed. Inside this box, my slant was assembled (although a little bit loose), inside the iKon cardbox, without any issues. I had no problems at all, but as I said in the beginning, I was one of the lucky one.
I think that everybody that has had any problems, should address Mark and go with his solution, which is completely reasonable in my opinion. Money back, partial refund (I'd accept this one), or replacement are all that one should expect.
