Just a quick update, we spent some time talking to our warehousing staff that were working on packing these. As expected, the information wasn't relayed entirely to the group that was in charge of this project. That being said, most of them correctly packed the razors and it appears that fewer than 25% (maybe even 10%) were not assembled prior to being sent out. This is still unacceptable, but we're slightly relieved that this problem is less widespread than originally thought.
