I tried to do a little polishing of the head (to remove the scratches), it seems that it is not stainless steel, but brass...

gigabillouThat's pretty shocking if the head is made of brass...I'll be very disapointed if so. I hope we can get an answer and some clarification on this. As far as I know this razor should be 100% SS

DardaniansI'm quit surprised too :-p That's funny, I received today a package from Singapore (100 Feather blades). There was a shipping error and they passed through Canada by mistake before arriving in Guadeloupe, it was wrote on the package... Well, I think that you gonna get it soon ;-) By the way, excellent shaving with the Ikon, better than the 37c in my opinion, too bad that the head seems to be made of brass...

We will be forwarding this to iKon, and will update here when they reply. Keep in mind that it's currently thanksgiving long weekend in the US, we probably won't be getting a response until beginning of next week.
