Ilumi,
Does the larger version have a very narrow light or would it be usefull in a ceiling lamp to light up a small room? I know the smaller version is designed for this, but I am attracted to the extra lumens of the larger model.
Thanks :)

GibsonicalHey Gibsonical, Corey Egan founder and CEO here. Yes, the PAR30 does have a wide beam angle of 100 degrees, like a flood light. It's made for can, recessed, or track lighting. It depends how high your ceiling is and the fixture you use it in, but if the large PAR30 doesn't work for you we'll be happy to swap it out for the A21. The A21 is certainly a better fit for light dispersed in all directions.
Hope this helps!

ceganThanks Corey. I went the safe route and opted for the A21 :) I'm sure the 800 lumens will adequate, and probably bring a more uniform light in my situation.
