Phillips hue lighting is cheaper and better (for color control and lighting presets), than this, and it works through wi-fi rather than bluetooth (more range). Also, there are much cheaper bluetooth led bulb solutions available on amazon.

PackdemonFYI Packdemon, we developed a Bluetooth Mesh wireless system so it extends the range and I'd be careful with 'cheaper' bluetooth products online. They are more of toys than a functional and programmable lighting system. But I am pretty biased! Thanks. Corey - Founder & CEO, ilumi

ceganIt's nice to see the founder on here! I received an email from support (Randy) to request an RMA however the drop down selections when filling out the form do not specify massdrop and I don't have the receipt number since massdrop is the one who ordered the bulb.
I was involved in the last drop for the A21 bulb and my red LED lights are no longer working. I can use blue and green and only those 2 colors within the app. any time I reset the bulb it flashes with blue and green and then when it gets to red the bulb displays as if the light was turned off. Is there anything we can do to get this fixed?

zdrouse@ZDRouse Thanks for reaching out and so sorry for the trouble. It sounds as though the Red LED has gone out in your bulb, which is covered by our manufacturer's warranty and we can get a replacement out to you. You can complete the RMA form, and put Mass Drop in place of your order number - Randy will contact you if he needs more information, but we'll get this taken care of in a jiffy!
