Not many good experiences with this camera
In theory this camera had a lot of features that offered a great middleground between physical printing and cell phone functionality, but in practice rarely produced usable prints. Most were incomplete and out of all of the 16 prints that came with the camera, only 1 came out fully developed.

Missing Items
Missing neck strap and case. Let Drop know, apparently there is no assistance at all. Very disappointed

The camera itself is great, build quality is solid and it doesn't feel cheap. The flash ring is plenty bright and the way Impossible incorporated it as an indicator tool was pretty smart. The photos come out a tad over-exposed on a sunny day and with the flash. but the exposure controls counter that pretty well. Also, the Bluetooth integration is awesome, I already see this being a great tool for photography. But my only complaint lies in the critical component that this camera needs: THE FILM Both cartridges had dry-rotted plastic, the trays broke as I opened the film packs. This made the cartridges almost unusable and many of the photos in the pack were partially exposed before they even developed. The camera was unable to eject the photos properly and I ended up with double exposed images (unintentionally). IDK if Massdrop got a deal on an old lot, but QC on the Polaroid Originals film is lacking. Overall though, I did get my money's worth with the camera, it looks great and I'm looking forward to shooting with it.

Clean design, fun to use but it also takes a few shots to learn how to get the exposure correct. One of the pins for my viewfinder can pop out easily and its pretty tedious to get it back in but other than that everything else is fine so far.

Overall: 5 stars for fun, -1 star for some ergonomic issues I'm incredibly surprised by how well this camera works. I really didn't expect too much, but so far my photos have been clean and detailed, with few of the streaking issues I saw in earlier reviews of the camera and film. The black and white film (the only one I've used so far) has a very nice contrast and tone, retaining detail in the shadows and doing reasonably well in the highlights. Development time is as advertised at 5-10 min)

The switches and buttons feel good, and you can tell Teenage Engineering produced the camera itself (and the packaging, oh boy). The only real problem I have is that it's very awkward to hold the camera with two hands and still use the shutter button in a way that feels natural. It's a heavy enough camera that I want to stabilize it with two hands. Auto-focus has worked really well so far, and I found framing to be pretty accurate to the viewfinder. I haven't used it long enough to know if the battery drains as quickly as I've heard it will, but I wouldn't expect marathon shooting sessions with it. Flash is pretty decent, and sometimes VERY necessary. Last note is about the film: it's more expensive than Instax Square by a decent amount, and Instax Square isn't cheap to begin with. That said, this film is larger and comes in B&W, which Instax Square does not. I'm curious to see the color performance, because Instax generally does really well with color reproduction, but the B&W looks gorgeous to my eye. In the end, this is a camera I'll absolutely throw in my bag for portrait shoots. If it ever stops working, it'll make a great design accent in my studio.
