Product Description
One of the most requested options for the Infinity ErgoDox Mechanical Keyboard Kit has been the Full Hand version, which was available with the original ErgoDox. Now, following the redesign, the Full Hand version is available as an add-on Read More
I received mine from the last ergodox buy. It looks exactly like they missed the aluminum plate that holds the switches in there measurements. Without the plate case and hands part are even. With the plate is the case slitly higher than the hands part
Are there public .stl's for this Add-on or for the full keyboard with add-on installed? I'm thinking about 3d printing tenting supports for my new Ergodox that I ordered with this add-on added. Kiibohd has .stl's for the normal case up in github, but I haven't find any information about this fullhand add-on.
If no stl files can be published could some one here provide some measurements about the bottom plate in particular?
Thanks, R3kku.
I installed the metal plates for mine and have been using the grifiti wrist rests with no problem. Or rather, I haven't noticed the overhang in actual use.
But this also means I haven't seen the QC issues with the acrylic plates folks are describing.
Edit: I did notice that, while I have my Ergox tented, it tends to "rock" back and forth along that curve of the full hand attachment. I think I'll use the rubber feet to prop that up so it stops rocking. that's the most annoying part.
