I am just curious if there are still people like me who have not gotten their products yet? i haven't even gotten a shipping notification. i been in talks with a massdrop support agent but no information yet.

I got this response from support earlier this morning:
At this time I was notified by logistics that most customers that received their keyboard got defective units and we are investigating with vendor regards of new units for everyone. Since were not sure if your was affected, I don't want to take any chances and send you a defective keyboard as well. Of course its up to you and would like to offer the option of continue waiting for the item though it make take several weeks to be shipped out or we can issue a full refund for it and you can perhaps find a better more immediate option in our Mech Keys Community. Most likely it's the acrylic plate. Many people have said that theirs arrived broken.

Well, I had scuffed caps, one cap of the wrong profile (they sent replacements), stabilizers don't work right at all (many people have this problem), and the keyboard doesn't work half the time (USB issues), but I never got any email about defective units and I doubt any of those are the problem anyway.
