Is there any way I can just buy the pcb for this? I don't need caps or a case, I just want the Infinity PCB :(

After the drop, the PCB will be made public. After that, hopefully, someone like mechanical keyboards will start manufacturing them like they do for the old ErgoDox.
That being said. You can opt out of caps and switches, and this board does not fit in any other case. IOW, unless you plan on using it without a case or making your own you will need one.
