Has anyone contacted customer service today or yesterday to see whats up? I'm cool with things being late, and I understand that its most likely not Mass Drop's fault, but I'd like some sort of update.
I have with the same sentiment. I have yet to receive any message.
I just received a support reply saying that the shipment notifications from their warehouse could simply be delayed, or that there may be an unexpected drop delay.
They're supposed to be sending out a group update once they've got more info.
That would be an interesting turn of events if they were actually already on the way.... seems unlikely, but who knows
There are a few times that I've gotten drops the day that I got the shipping email. It was weird, but a pleasant surprise.
