What is the deal on this drop? It was supposed to ship a week ago and there are no updates and it still has the same week-old date.
As a web developer, it is my opinion that your system is woefully inadequate. It should not be possible for a drop to be a week past due without someone taking notice and putting out an update.
Edit: Just saw there was a (still late) update in the comments below. That's not how you do updates... Massdrop, you know better. You always used to update everyone by email on every drop they were in consistently, even if everything was on track. It's like you are a whole different company these days.

Hey TelFIRE - Thank you for the open and honest feedback. I just want to let you (and everyone else in this discussion) know we hear you, and I'm sharing this with the team - both the question around this drop, but also the specific feedback on broader communications and updates.
As that last update on this drop suggested, the team working on ErgoDox are will provide another update soon. But I will personally be discussing the communication point across teams.
