It’s actually not that easy anymore since the Infinity version comes pre-soldered including LCD and diodes.

Actually thinking about it, Would 2 left handed PCB's even work? I think the controller would just identify everything on the second half as just duplicate keys of the other half wouldnt it?

HaaTa has stated that each side can function as standalone keyboards. Additionally, interconectability is planned between the Infinity Dox and future members of the Infinity line; this should also allow interconnectivity with multiple Doxes.

The PCB isn't reversible like the older ErgoDox was. You'd probably need another left hand case, too.
