This is getting pretty ridiculous. I bought this in April expecting to get it several months ago. Now, when I finally get it, I'm missing switches that are clearly labeled in the parts list on my packing slip.
Keep us posted. I am interested to see how quickly MD will be able to get all of your order to you once you contact support.
Oh dear. With previous drops, it was always missing diodes. Now that they diodes are pre-soldered, it's missing switches! :(
Well, I contacted support last week on Friday. They emailed me asking me to fill out their claim form and take pictures of what I received. I did both by Saturday. I have not received a reply or even confirmation of receiving the information and form. This is getting pretty ridiculous, and I'm just going to contact support again.
Edit: So, I finally got a reply back yesterday from support. They are shipping me the rest of the switches (but apparently it will ship next week).
So on top of the extra 2 or 3 months I had to wait for this drop, I have to wait at least 2 weeks more for the rest of my order... At least I'm finally getting my $250 keyboard.
