Why don't you hold on with shipping out the remaining Ergodox kits and find a fix to this obvious USB issue before continuing shipping??
Well my drop status has switched to shipped, so I don't think they are fixing the USB connector problem :( I guess they expect us to solve it then? At least they have switched to DHL so it should not take as long as USPS
Same situation here. Support told me the Dox is covered one year, so I don't plan on coddling the connectors.
