My ErgoDox has been stuck in shipping for almost a month now! The tracking page says "Cosignee Contacted for Payment". Considering the massive wait we've already had and the apparent quality issues seen in this forum, it's extremely disappointing! When will I get my keyboard? And has anyone got this issue?

You could try phoning them up to see if you can pay the customs without waiting for the letter
