Is there a certain period we need to report issues within? I haven't even opened my kit up yet as I have other things going on. I don't want to finally get around to building it and find out I waited too long if I have issues.
I was going to do the same thing but after seeing so many issues I decided to put it together and just figure out what was wrong.
The same thing happened to me, it is an inconvenience but customer service helped me out swiftly and handled the issue within all reason, can't expect them sending me something they don't have.
