So if folks are still waiting on shipments from last June, when does it look like new people might be able to get in on an order? I keep checking in to see the requested count rise, but it doesn't look like there's much hope for brand new users.

JemBijouxRepeated drops don't start until all shipments have gone out. I'd bet you'll see this popup again by February

JemBijouxAfter so much effort that those involved have put into this project, I would be shocked if Massdrop doesn't want to have another drop. But you're not getting your drop until my kit is shipped out :p From what I read in other discussions, in the past there were a lot of people upset when Massdrop started a new drop before the previous drop completed shipping, so they stopped doing that.

JemBijouxThere is not much point on taking new orders as the current delay is caused by a worldwide shortage of LCDs. Unless they they redesign the board to support other displays the production of Infinity ErgoDoxes is limited by the production and lead time of the display manufacturer.
This is why you try to never have only a single source for any component in your design. :)

wailashiGood to know. Okay, well no worry from me then. I wouldn't expect a new drop when the previous is still in fulfillment either, I just want to know that there is forward momentum. I can wait, so long as I know there'll be progress eventually. Thanks for the replies.
