While I'm hopeful that my Ergodox will arrive undamaged, here's a point in favor of DHL being the wrong choice for domestic US shipping.
- Package moves from warehouse to DHL ecommerce in New Jersey. - 4 days later, package is shipped to Kentucky and transferred to USPS. - And where is the package ultimately supposed to be delivered? Answer: Pittsburgh

I've waited months for this Ergodox. A few extra days won't kill me, but, please, in the future, allow us to pay extra to use USPS.

Pretty similar thing for me. Left Edison NJ via DHL, transferred to USPS in Baltimore, and the final delivery location is Philly. Baltimore is further from the final delivery than where it started...
DHL says it should be delivered today, but USPS tracking says they've only received the pre-shipment info.

Mine has been saying "processing completed at origin" for 4 days... in secaucus NJ that is. I just hope that means they already flew it to Frankfurt and it's sitting at customs or something.
