For those interested - this was my time breakdown for building the keyboard as someone with relatively little soldering experience (little bit about 3 years ago for a class).
45 minutes - setting up workspace, herding cats away from work area. Making sure everything's there.
1 hour - taking the stickers off the casing
40 minutes - soldering
75 minutes - figuring out where the keycaps go
Note to people who's stabilizers are sticky - I had to use a razor blade to shave off a little bit of the stabilizer stem to keep it from rubbing against the sides and sticking.
did you have all 4 stabilizers?
No, I did not. I emailed support. I put them on the center thumb button, and honestly haven't missed them on the outer one because I tend to strike it fairly evenly.
