UK customer here. Mine has been at Heathrow since Sunday. It states it's waiting for consignee payment however I haven't received any email or snailmail.
I tried contacting DHL but they were zero help.
Add to this the stabalizer issue I'm pretty disappointed, this is a premium product that has received very budget shipping. I'm now left without any product or any means to pay the fees.
Why use DHL / Yodel? The world knows they are absolutely shite.
You're lucky you even know it made it to the UK. I'm in Germany and all I know is that for the past week it "has been completed at origin".
So, I did some chasing, DHL were useless however they told me the name of the company that deals with their customs. CCL. I called CCL and low and behold it appears my bill is in the ether somewhere.
I had a copy emailed and paid immediately, my parcel will now be released today.
For anybody in the UK with parcel stuck in customs call ccl - 02082310900 - you'll need your DHL or Yodel tracking (Yodel... Oh dear, 50/50 percentage chance of being stolen).
