I'm sure this will get buried in the discussion, but I wanted to offer a pointer that might be better practice than what is outlined in the build guide.
The holes for the switches' PCB mount posts have some pretty tight tolerances, which can make it difficult to push the switch far enough to bottom out against the board. I recommend: when starting the switch installation, place only the stabilized switches in the thumb positions and one in the K/D position, which is more or less the middle of the board. From there install the switches in a pattern spiraling outwards, pushing on each switch as you go. This helps keep the board nice and flat.
