So I received some Costar-style stabilizers, but no actual Ergodox kit yet, however MD has the transaction marked as delivered. I cannot get a response through MD support either. Is anyone else in the same situation?

Is the tracking number that shows up in your account already delivered? That should be the one that actually contains the keyboard. Also you should have received both tracking numbers via email.

It does say delivered but I only received the stabilizers. I did not receive the tracking number for the stabilizers via email either (even though that is the only package I have received. Thank you for the reply!
