The alps/matias switches still must be hiding behind a wall of pallets. It seems that others who opted for them are still awaiting shipment.

My kits with Alps/Matias are "En Route" since 09/23, took 3 days for 50 miles (EDISON, NJ -> Secaucus, NJ) ? About a hour for "Processed" but 24 hrs later "Processing Completed" ... strange ? ... now somewhere between DHL US and DHL DE or even in customs ... no update since 09/28 DHL US is definitely not what I am used to with DHL Germany. I have no problem waiting 3-5 weeks, but with useless tracking the situation is very bad. In this case no tracking would be better.

I'm in the same boat, Canada is 1-3wks and my notification hasn't shifted off of En Route to distrabution facility since shipping on the 21st. Contacted MassDrop and they say it probably wasn't scanned by DHL. Nice.

I feel for you, buddy! I have a friend who works for the sales team for DHL US, and he couldn't deliver any status for what's happening with orders. I'm glad you at least have a delivery status, while I (being in the continental U.S.) haven't received any shipping status whatsoever.

I'm in the same situation as you. I remember a few years ago when I last used them that DHL was actually alright but now it seems they're terrible on both cost and time.
