Where did all the conversations go? 5472 discussions, but I can only see 2 at the moment.
I would also like an update on the shipment of the last drop. This is why I came here right now. An update was promised for the 14th and we got nothing.
I received on Sept 22nd a notice that my kit was shipped. DHL's site showed the tracking as "Waiting to receive the package" since then. I emailed Massdrop twice since then and never got an answer to either email. It has now been so long that DHL doesn't recognize the tracking number anymore. And I still have no information from Massdrop or anyone.
It made 3 weeks that my package supposedly shipped by Massdrop on the 13th. The package hasn't been shipped, the tracking number is no longer any good and Massdrop is not answering any messages.......
How have you been contacting support? I've submitted a ticket on this exact issue and I have got a response relatively quickly.
I have done like you. I submitted a ticket on the 14th and got no response from them.
Odd they got back to me pretty quickly. How did you submit the ticket?
Went to my transactions, found the one about this drop, clicked the contact support and filled the form. I chose the "Where is my package/order? "
Check the email address you have on file with them. If it's Gmail it could be in spam or your promotions folder
Well turns out you were right. Responses to my tickets were filtered to my spam. I was still getting the daily Massdrop email with the new products. Gmail is weird in that they will filter some emails from a domain and let others through.
Was your issue resolved? I have not yet opened a ticket but my tracking information does not work anymore as well.
He's probably in the same boat that I am. MD has asked me to wait another week before we can start an investigation.
Well in my case MD said they contacted the courier and they can not find my package.....as in the courier lost it. The offered to issue a refund or to give them my address again so they can send another shipment. I asked them to give me an idea of time, because if "sending another shipment" means to wait until the next drop, I will ask for the refund. If they have extras or orders that were cancelled and can send one in a timely matter, I will wait. They have yet to respond to this, but my reply was after business hours for them. I expect they will answer in a couple of hours when the day starts for them.
Massdrop has turned around and removed their offer to send a replacement. Apparently there are quite a few of us in the same boat and they are working with the vendor to find a resolution. They said to expect an update from them later in the week.
OK guess I'll fire another reply on my message to keep the ball rolling on this. I was told to wait to the 20th but it seems like this is more common. Quick question are you in Canada? The other 2 I've spoke with that have problems are also Canadian.
I wouldn't tell you not to bring it back up to their attention, but the feeling I got with the multiple responses I got from Massdrop in the past 2 days tells me that they are aware of just how bad things and that they want to make sure everyone gets what is rightfully theirs promptly. They haven't shared any details, but I think they're doings things right at the moment.
Oh ...and yes I am in Canada.
Yeah that confirms it then DHL dropped the ball hard on the Canadian shipments. Either that or we've been screwed over by customs...
I am also in Canada and have not received my keyboard. I have two other friends near me that ordered, one has received his and the other has not. DHL told me that they never got a package with my associated tracking number
Well that's at least confirming that is isn't customs snapping up the packages. Did yours ship around the 21st of September?
Yeah, mine shipped on the 22nd, and my friend that didn't get his was about the same. I don't know about the one that got his
Did you open a ticket? They're sending me a replacement package today apparently.
They said they are checking with DHL and will get back to me by the 22nd. I'm hopeful someone at Massdrop will stumble onto a box of ergodox's they thought were sent out
I'm wondering if that's exactly what happened. The status never changed from EnRoute to distribution center so if it was never picked up that makes a sick kind of sense.
My status never changed to "picked up" as well. I'm Canadian as well.
Massdrop is looking into it right now, I think they have contacted DHL to see what is going on.
Another of the Massdrop support crew contacted in reply to what the other member had sent me. The are now re-reaching out to DHL to find what happened to my package.....again....and they are telling me to wait until the 27th for another update. So basically they are asking for a week just to speak to DHL.
