My order from the previous drop is now over 2 months late, and customer support hasn't responded to my emails dating back a couple weeks.
So I guess it's buyer beware here.
Check your spam folder. All of their emails went there for me.
I had the same issue with the missing shipment. I just got an email yesterday that my missing keyboard was found.
Apparently DHL shipped them back to the Massdrop warehouse. They were going to inspect them for damage then ship it out again.
eceived mine and I am in Australia. Weirdly DHL offloaded my parcel to USPS who then managed the international transfer to AusPost. So you may want to doulb
no... nothing in my spam folder, but glad to hear some update from you. Have they given you any sense of the turn around time to ship them out again?
I am still waiting for confirmation that mine had shipped again. Patiently waiting...
