I got shipped a faulty right hand PCB. I asked for a replacement and they sent the left hand PCB instead. I got a second replacement shipped and it got lost in the mail. A third replacement was shipped and after the status of the item was listed as "not deliverable as addressed" the tracker reset to saying it was out for delivery. Its been "out for delivery" since Thursday the 7th. I've been emailing support since Thursday trying to see if they have any insight, but have been getting no response. Turns out they closed my ticket. This is after a 30 message long back and forth email chain over this issue. I guess they got tired of me. That's not to say support was bad or rude. They were for sure trying their best, and I have no idea why 2 packages got lost in the mail while the other two got delivered.
But still. It's 6 months after I put down my order, and I have completely lost hope of getting an ergodox or a refund. I've been looking forward to having an ergodox for so long, but I guess some things just aren't meant to be. There goes 200 bucks on the drop plus an additional 60 bucks on ergodox keycaps I'll never use, and another 30-40 bucks on a case(also ordered through massdrop). At this point I really just want my money back, but support is not getting back to me so in order to do that I may have to open a credit card dispute.

Not sure what credit card you have, but there's a window of opportunity that's usually 4-6 months for defective merchandise. I'd get on that sooner rather than later if I were you. Maybe drop an email letting them know that's your next step, wait a week and then go for it.

Do you think you can spot what's "wrong" of the board? Maybe reversed diode polarity? Or even missing diodes?
