Ingersoll has a model of this same watch in black steel, black dial and yellow antique style lume, which makes for better readability with white hands. That thing looks so sharp! Unfortunately it's not part of this Drop. https://www.ingersoll1892.com/sale/the-hatton-automatic-i01302.html

Love the cream sandwich dial, just 5mm too big!! This semi-retro/vintage look is a bit more attractive when smaller than 47mm dia. Shame.

Not interested. Have a wall clock already, don't see the need for another.

If nothing else, its dollars-per-mm ratio is very reasonable.

Second hand fell off about 40 minutes after I put it on, Drop refuses to repair or replace. I got offered $20 of Drop credit or $15 if I want to keep this broken thing. Granted, first I got the auto-response of "Drop will repair or replace, at its option, the movement of Drop Studio timepieces free of charge within 12 months from the date of purchase, if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use." which is, as it turns out, a lie.

Recieved my Hatton today. Like the other Ingersolls in my collection, very nice for the price. Overall nice build and good looks. Lume hands and markers with the sandwich dial. The strap is Horween leather, but much stiffer than the last Ingersoll I recieved. I have an 8" wrist so the 47mm looks fine, not to big for me. I can wear a 50mm. I changed the strap to one that I had that fits. By the way, it has 24mm lugs not 23mm. Thank God! Also caseback matches the dial saying 10atm. Drop needs to get better at making sure the pics and specs match each other.. I'm sure they lost sales with it saying 5atm on the back and 10atm on th he front, and not many people like 23mm lugs, lost more sales I'm sure. I had a feeling it was wrong since my other Ingersolls have 24 or 22mm. One complaint that I have is that the front crystal is foggy on the inside! First one I've gotten new that way. Since I repair and modify watches it's not a problem for me to clean, still poor quality control and a pain in the arse! For the regular person to have to send back to England, that's a real problem. Long shipping over, but he time for them th o fix the problem, then the long wait to get back. I'd be pissed. That's about it, and it did arrive earlier than expected this time. (If anyone gets one with a dirty crystal, let me know, just pay for shipping and I will help u out!) I will take pics later...thanks for reading!

bigerdsterThank you for the picture! The face is absolutely unreadable. The hands disappear in the forest of other white sticks. Not that I was going to buy a 47 mm watch, but still...
