Dear Massdrop, I would have a better plan in place for future products. Simply saying "since we sold a lot of product it is taking longer" does not seem like a very good business model. It is important to know what you can and cant do. I for one, dont want to wait 3 weeks to get something I ordered.

"I for one, dont want to wait 3 weeks to get something I ordered." Then you are buying things from the wrong place. A longer wait is the price you pay to get stuff cheaper.

marc.Marc, I am OK with waiting. I'm not OK with no communication at all. My bank account has already been charged, and I have nothing to show for it. THAT is bad.

@James Hi James! Just saw your comment. We're going to be sending out an update email to all purchasers tonight but here's the quick version. This buy was so big that we had to expand our sourcing capabilities and that took some time. The first 60% of orders will be shipped within the next two days and we'll ship out the remainder as quickly as possible. Thanks for your continuing patience.

Will"...had to expand our sourcing capabilities..." seems to contradict what was sent out (via email) 10 days ago, when it was said that "We've recently placed our order for 181 boxes of Innistrad boosters and our supplier is in the process of shipping them to us." What happened to that?
