This happens every time an older MTG box gets dropped, people get confused about price. It's MSRP was $144.00 when the set was released. It is no longer printed and is worth significantly more then MSRP. While 194.99 might not be the deal of the century, it's probably as cheap as you'll find a box on Innistrad. Cheapest on ebay is 205.

Nick56The expected value for this box is only $92.00 whereas the expected value of M15 is $84. Which means you are getting about 1/2 of your EV vs. cashing out (Since you can find M15 boxes for ~$78 if you don't mind Spanish). Seems like a bad investment with how the set is valued at the moment.
