The lightest, most stripped-down shoe in Inov-8’s F-LITE series, the F-LITE 195 is made for runners, weightlifters, CrossFitters, and any athlete who values flexibility and grip. Each shoe weighs just 7 ounces and features a mesh upper for fast movement and a 3-millimeter heel-to-toe drop for improved balance. The Meta-Flex technology allows natural flexing in the forefoot, while the Met-Cradle lacing system holds your foot securely in place. Finally, Rope-Tec reinforcements deliver traction and durability on rope climbs, so you can be confident in your footing, no matter the challenge.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of color: black/white or neon blue/black/white. Both are available in US men’s and women’s sizes.
Precision Fit
The Precision Fit features a close-fitting heel and toe box that lock the shoe in position and ensure minimal internal movement when running on all terrains. This fit is ideal for athletes with a narrow forefoot and those wearing the shoe for short sessions.
