IDOBAO x Kailh Elf Ultra-Silent Mechanical Switches
I disassembled them and used them with halo stems to create some Holy Pandas. I then used the left over panda stems in the halo true housings. Not bad!
If you like the switch characteristics of the NK Creams, you’ll like these OG Panda linears. Both switches are all POM construction, very similar springs, and both have that signature POM on POM scratch which I personally like. In stock form, the Pandas have more spring ping and a bit higher pitch top out. Once lubed, oiled, and filmed with deskeys, both switches are so alike that you will be hard pressed to find the difference. Housings are tight and stem wobble is pretty dang close. For the price of these while on sale, I say snatch some up for your collection. You can always build POM Holy Pandas with them too.
