I'd just like to say I bought it for my 2010 Nissan Altima....it doesn't really do certain dashboards well but I found a spot for it. It's definitely held up and I can't imagine driving without it anymore.
The suction cup IS sticky, and its an adhesive that you can rinse. Once its been air dried you're good to go again.
