cassidoodledooThey say it’s Qi compatible, which is what the iPhones 8, X, and newer need. The XR is newer than the iPhone X, and uses the same charging system ;)

cassidoodledooBy the way, I personally prefer not to use fast chargers if I don’t need to. Sure, it’s nice if you’re about to be away from an outlet for awhile soon, and don’t have enough charge to get you through, but fast charging puts extra stress on the Lithium batteries, reducing their lifetime of charge cycles. I use a normal 5W charger if I’m leaving things on the charger overnight. The heat venting on this unit might be nice if the charging coil gets warm.
