I received the wrong item! Can anyone help me?
I've already emailed support, but it's been over a day and I haven't heard anything. Is there anything else I can do, or am I just stuck with the wrong boots?

MarkOK, thanks Mark. I appreciate the prompt reply. I've been happy with Massdrop so far, but I was concerned because of the standing policy of no returns. I'll wait to hear from support for now.
Tickinggnome2No returns only applies to if you "don't like it". If the wrong product, or wrong size was shipped to you in error, we'll absolutely fix the problem or at least refund you.
If you ordered the wrong size, or don't like the product because it wasn't what you expected, then it's basically tough luck...!
