Sorry for the missing update on this one everyone. The internal alert for this update was not set up properly, and it slipped through the cracks unfortunately. This is an one off issue, and we are working on a much more bullet-proof system to prevent this from happening again.
We've been going back and forth with Red Wing every two days on the shipping schedule for this order since early last week. Due to seasonality, there has been a very substantial backlog built up in their ordering system. And they were not able to get this order shipped out within the original schedule we were promised.
As of end of last week, Red Wing confirmed the order has been shipped out. This shipment should arrive our warehouse within the week. We have already prioritized our warehouse to take care of this order as soon as the shipment comes in.
Expect an update from us on 12/12 or sooner if something comes up.
