Be ready for the runaround. Mine didn't come with a power supply, so I have no way of plugging it in or using it at all. On top of that the spinner brush came with a screw that was too small, so I had to source a larger screw to fit.

I'm getting this to take care of our unfinished basement with concrete floors. We already have a 960 for the main living area upstairs. This should keep all the fine dirt out so it doesn't get pulled in by the basement furnace, and hopefully discourage mold from accumulating in corners. Since it's concrete, the brushes won't be quite as annoying to deal with.

supposedly was delivered yesterday, not to my house though. Tried to get with ups and they said the shipper has to file a claim and can take it from there.

Tarot520Ours does pretty good with four long-haired cats, but you do have to clean the brushes every week or so, and replace them every 3-4 months. Ours came with a special brush cleaning tool, hopefully the refurb models do too.
