Ok, so perhaps someone can explain something to me. What the fuck is Massdrop? They seem to be dealers of either cheap Chinese shit, or incredibly overpriced shit that I can get off Amazon in 2 days cheaper than I can on here. And none of their shit ships in anything less than 3-6 weeks. In all honesty, I only stay subbed to the emails to see things I wouldn't otherwise, that I can then go and find elsewhere.
Mr.Fish-N-DucksBeen doing so search. No site I visited thus far provide the type of switch so I am assuming the cheap Cherry MX knock off. I am still in for the aesthetic but I don't expect high quality switches from it at all.
Well, my Iron Man keyboard/mouse/pad arrived but talk about the worse pack job ever...I actually ordered two sets and they shipped both stacked on top of each other, then wrapped, get this, in black garbage bags, two or three of them, all taped up and labeled for UPS to ship. Haven't looked at all devices yet but some packaging was damaged and one mouse was what seems to be unpacked and repacked with packing tape to hold the package closed. Not happy at all with Massdrop on this and if anything isn't working it's all going back.
They offered to have someone contact you. Seriously? Do you even know how to read? And they weren't making excuses, they were telling you facts. I mean, it's good that none of the actual components were broken, but they did very much make an effort to fix the issue. Read: "I will ask our team to connect you and see what we can do to reconcile this situation."
nickaa827You're worried about my ability to read, can you??? Do you really think some company that sells electronics but can't manage to find a cardboard box and thinks a plastic garbage bag is a good alternative is smart or cares about their customers? Quote " We had the warehouse ship them in a less than optimal bag in order to to save time. We also feel very disappointed with their choice of bag. ". They admit their stupidity, trying to make it a sound like a legitimate excuse, in thinking shipping in a bag was a good idea...NUTS!!! If you don't see this as an issue then your either a paid person sent to defend their actions or just stupid.. Either way, don't worry your little brain on my abilities, focus more on being smarter when it comes to dealing with manufacturers. If you're just standing up for them trying to get something for free by doing so, good luck. I hope they send it in that wonderful BAG like they did for me.
