It's ok - it's really too small for what most Americans would be happy with for a pizza. I believe it's made by a European company, which might explain the size problem. There is a learning curve, that is for certain, but I will say that the pizzas I've made in it were delicious. If the size were bigger, I wouldn't have to spend 2 1/2 hours heating the thing, then cooking a tiny pizza, then heating it again, then cooking the next pizza, etc. I wish I could give it a 5 star rating, I really do, because as i said, it's better than pizza you get at most pizza restaurants, but nobody has time for 2 1/2 hours to cook individual pizzas for the entire family, one at a time, and then we all eat at different times. Then let's talk about the price - for that kind of money, you should receive 2 of them, and let's face it, 2 would really be optimal because just maybe my family could actually eat together.

It may be a good product, but is not for me. I thought it was a self contained pizza maker, not something that needed to be independently heated to grill the pizza. I have never tried it as it was meant to be used.

Final Update. My Ironate has arrived yesterday. So this is the trip. March 2, order confirmed March 13, I sent mail-they replied me March 25, I requested a refund via Paypal March 27, Shipment confirmed April 2, Ironate has arrived (after 1 month)

Update. After I have contacted Paypal for refund I received new email (few hours ago) "Your shipment is confirmed We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status. GLS tracking number: xxxxxxxxxx" I really don't know what's happening .... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - YOU WON’T RECIEVE ANYTHING. I ordered an Ironate on 17th February with plenty of time for it to ship to the UK (within 3-5 days according to their website) ready for my father’s birthday at the end of March. It’s now the 24th of March and i’ve received nothing except a bullsh*t email saying that “the item was dispatched, but there was a problem with delivery” - Sašo promised me another was on it’s way - that was almost 2 weeks ago. I am convinced that Ironate cannot fulfil it’s orders and is now simply a sham company. I’m just glad I paid via PayPal and have now opened a dispute to get my money back.
