Folks, caveat emptor!
I am a KS backer and till today no one from Ironnate has replied to my issue of the thing getting stuck together despite following care instructions.

RithradeWe did have some issues during our Kickstarter campaign with the quality of the product and with customer support. That was 16 months ago. We were not expecting the success we had early on and it took us some time to get the right team together.

RithradeWhen you say caveat emptor, I know what you mean! I ordered one on September 23rd. The site indicates that there is an express delivery. As of October 9th, I have not received it, and when I look to track my order, there is nothing online; but more disturbing than that, I have contacted Ironate 4 times to ask when I might expect delivery and I have never received a response. My next step will be to contact my credit card company. This is not a good way to run a company. Responses to customers/custoner care are necessary for a company to really succeed.

IRONATEYou are STILL having customer care issues! I have contacted you 4 times to ask where my order is— not one response! I have looked at tracking my order, there is nothing there—and you have been paid by my PayPal account. Some response is always necessarY. I put in my order on September 23rd—even if you can’t live up to your express delivery claim, you should inform me of that and give me an estimated delivery date!

ParisHonestly, I have zero expectations from them. If they really give 2 cents about their customers, replace mine immediately without hesitation since you've already confessed to your QC being poor during those times.
